I am a photographer because, unlike more traditional art forms, it is a direct visual representation of reality. I am a firm believer in the power of a photograph. It can show the viewer a moment in history, large or small, that may otherwise not be seen.
My primary focus is capturing moments with people - the human experience. Everything I seek to do with a camera is tied to our shared experience on this planet. I aim to create images that shine a light on some aspect of human existence, point to some part of this life that we don't fully understand, and provoke observers to ask questions of their own.
